Vegan French Toast with Blueberries and Banana

30 Minute dreamy, simple, perfectly-sweet french toast that’s completely vegan.

- 1 tbsp chia seeds ground into a fine meal so they’re undetectable
- 1/2 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 slices bread use any of your choice, but be sure its sturdy, soft and rustic
Blend all ingridients with the exception of the bread in a large, shallow bowl. Spot in the cooler to initiate for 10-20 minutes.
Preheat frying pan to medium warmth (~350 degrees F/180 C) and oil with 1 Tbsp vegetarian spread or coconut oil.
Dunk each cut of bread in the butter for around 20 seconds on each side.
Spot on frying pan and cook until golden on the underside. Cautiously flip and cook until the opposite side is golden too – 3-4 minutes.
Serve with toppings!Try with: coconut whipped cream, blueberries, bananas, and maple syrup
